About

A Mentoring Experience that Benefits Everyone

Our mentors foster meaningful, long-lasting connections that nurture personal growth, academic success, and community involvement.

  • Mentees are matched with a dependable role model that helps them develop confidence and self-esteem, improve academic experience, connect with their local community, develop decision making and leadership skills, and much more.

  • Working families get peace of mind knowing their child is with a community member you can trust, and also get some much needed time for themselves.

  • Our community becomes stronger as we work together and guide our next generation of community leaders that will shape our future in Vermont for years to come.

I don't think much could be improved. This has been the best thing to sign my daughter up for. We had a recent loss of a family member and her mentor was right there to help my daughter in any way she could.
- Parent Experience
I am learning how to express myself. My mentor encouraged me to get out of the house, do fun things and talk to more people...and I did!
